Do you guarantee reminders reach clients?

Emails are sent through a reliable delivery infrastructure, but like any email, they can occasionally land in spam - we recommend clients check the first time.

Where is my clients' data stored?

In the European Union, GDPR-compliant. You stay in control - you can export or request deletion of your data at any time.

How do I cancel my KrinDo account?

Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how KrinDo (the “Service”) collects and processes personal data when you use our website, admin panel, and related features. The Service is operated by Interaktyvus, MB, company code 304440352, VAT payer code LT100010635311 (“we”, “us”).

This policy applies to business users who register an account, their staff, and end customers who choose reminders through a tenant's public page. Tenant businesses act as independent controllers for their clients' data; we process that data on their instructions as a processor where applicable.

We may process: account details (name, email); company profile and branding; client contact details and reminder preferences supplied by tenants; technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps); communications you send us; and billing records if you purchase paid features.

We use personal data to provide and secure the Service, send transactional emails (e.g. verification and reminders), improve reliability, comply with law, and-only with consent where required-send product updates.

Under the GDPR we rely on: contract performance (providing the Service); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement); legal obligation; and consent where applicable (e.g. optional marketing).

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations, or until you delete your account or request erasure, subject to backup and audit cycles (typically up to 90 days after deletion).

We share data with infrastructure and communications providers (hosting, email delivery such as OneSignal or SMTP, analytics if enabled) strictly to operate the Service. We do not sell personal data.

If data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or providers certified under applicable frameworks.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and port your data, and to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI). We will respond to requests within one month.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular updates. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We use essential cookies for sessions and security. Optional analytics cookies, if used, will be described in your browser and can be managed through your device settings.

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of KrinDo. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is provided by Interaktyvus, MB, company code 304440352, VAT LT100010635311, address Ašmenos 1-oji g. 12-54, LT-44499 Kaunas, represented by manager Jevgenij Dmitrijev.

KrinDo is a software platform that lets businesses collect client email addresses via QR codes and send automated reminders. Features and limits may change; we will use reasonable efforts to notify account holders of material changes.

You must provide accurate registration information. Sign-in is via email link - no password required. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access for suspected abuse or non-payment.

If you onboard clients, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them, providing required notices, and honouring unsubscribe or erasure requests for your audience. You must not upload unlawful content or spam.

You may not reverse engineer the Service, interfere with its operation, use it to distribute malware or illegal content, or exceed fair-use limits. We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

Free and paid tiers may apply as published on the website. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may cause downtime.

We retain all rights in the Service, software, and branding. You retain rights in your content. You grant us a licence to host and process your content solely to operate the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 100 if you use a free plan.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or non-payment, with notice where reasonable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kaunas, Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
